Track an application for changes

Follow one application and hear when its status, dates or decision change.

Tracking an application means you hear about every change to it: a new date, a status change, a decision or an appeal. It is for people with a direct interest, such as the owner next door or an agent following a client's case.

How to track one

  1. Open the application's page.
  2. Select Track. The button changes to Tracking.
  3. Open Tracked Applications to see them all, switch email alerts on or off, or stop tracking.

On an application's page, fields that have changed since you last looked are flagged so you can see what is new. Select Mark as read on the application's page to clear them.

Limits

Free accounts can track 1 application, Research 20 and Leads 100.

Common questions

How quickly do I find out? Changes usually appear within a day of the council publishing them. We email you with your daily alert email. Updates are not emailed if you choose Weekly.

It says I have reached my limit. Stop tracking one you no longer need, or upgrade.
