Keyword lead alerts

Keyword alerts are for trades and small firms. Instead of watching a place, you describe the work you want, such as a loft conversion or a self-build, and we email new applications that fit.

How to set one up

1. Open Keyword Search.
2. Type the kind of work you want, for example "self-build" or "rear extension", and optionally choose a timeframe and region.
3. Look at what comes back to check it is the right kind of work.
4. Select Save & get alerts. You will see Alerts on.
5. Manage your keyword alerts any time from the Keywords tab in My Searches.

Leads are tracked in your pipeline. See Track leads through your pipeline. Keyword alerts are part of the Leads plan.
