Matches appear after the next daily check, on the page and in one email grouped by site.

Common questions
How is the monthly price worked out?
£25 a month, plus a price for each site. Each band of sites is charged at its own rate, from £1 per site for the first band down to 25p for the largest. For example, 150 sites costs £162.50 a month. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Do I need another plan first?
Yes. Portfolio Monitor is added to a Research plan (£29 a month + VAT) or any plan above it. You pay for the plan and for Portfolio Monitor.
Is there a free trial?
No. You can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I add my sites?
Upload a CSV file with a header row. Each row needs a postcode, or a latitude and longitude. You can add your own site reference, a name, an address, a region and a radius. Up to 5,000 sites per file; for more, upload several files.
What counts as nearby?
You choose a radius for each site: 50m, 100m, 250m, 500m, 1km or 2km. The default is 250m. Applications where your site sits inside the application's red-line boundary are shown as on site, and listed first.
What if a site can't be located exactly?
A site given only a postcode is placed at an approximate position. Adding coordinates is more exact. The report after each upload lists every site we placed approximately and any row we could not use, with the reason.
Do you cover every council?
We cover most UK planning authorities. The upload report tells you which of your sites are in a council we do not cover yet, so you know where to expect gaps.
How often will I hear from you?
One email a day, grouped by site, when there is something new. You can turn the daily email off and still see every result on the Portfolio Monitor page.
