Appeals

When an applicant appeals a refusal or a condition, the application page gains an Appeal section. It can show the appeal reference, type, status, date and result, and the date of the appeal decision, where available.

If you are tracking the application, a change in appeal status is reported to you like any other change.

Not every appeal is published straight away. If you know an appeal exists and it is not shown, tell us at support@planningsignal.co.uk.
