Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2025/01884/FUL dated 11th September 2025 for the "Demolition of existing single storey lean-to rear extension and single storey side extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing two storey back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of ground floor back addition; installation of a rooflight in the front roofslope; repositioning, re-sizing and replacement of an existing window to the side elevation, and re-sizing and replacement of an existing window to the rear elevation of first floor back addition; installation of French doors to the rear elevation of ground floor back addition; formation of a courtyard between the rear of the main building and proposed single storey rear extension, including installation of a window to the side elevation, and installation of French doors to the rear elevation of the main building."
