[T1] Dead Tree Ascend tree and perform sectional dismantle and fell tree to ground level. Chainsaw stump to approximately 1-3? from ground level. To provide access for repairs and maintenance of boundary wall. Reason for works: Removal is required to facilitate essential repair and reconstruction of the adjacent boundary wall. The trees and hedges growing in close proximity to the structure, with the stem and associated rooting environment physically conflicting with the wall and preventing satisfactory access and repair. Retention would significantly constrain the works and may result in further displacement or damage to the repaired structure. Felling to ground level is therefore considered necessary to enable the wall to be safely dismantled/reconstructed and to provide a durable long-term repair. [H1] Cherry Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus) Fell hedgerow to ground level. Chainsaw stump(s) to approximately 1-3? from ground level. [T2] Fig (Ficus carica) Fell tree to ground level. Chainsaw stump(s) to approximately 1-3? from ground level. [T3] Yew (Taxus baccata) Fell tree to ground level. Chainsaw stump(s) to approximately 1-3? from ground level. Tree 1. Early Mature Holly, growing to approx' 25ft as multi stem from ground level. Located near southern boundary of property. We would wish to remove the main trunk to ground level, leaving the rear stems of the tree. A garden studio type structure has been built in the area under the tree. The wind causes the main trunk of the tree to repeatedly touch the building causing damage. We are happy to plant more Holly trees along the property's southern boundary as replacements upon the removal of the T1 trunk.
Holly - Reduce height of Holly by approx 2m and reshape sides to solid form. Crown raise to 2.5m all round to provide suitable pedestrian clearance. T13 of TPO21.
Holly - Fell Self-seeded tree is around 30 years old and had a trunk diameter of 20cm at a hight of 1.5m from the ground. The tree has grown in the joint of the stone garden steps and is lifting and splitting the steps. The tree is around 5m tall now and has been infested with ivy that itself has been killed and is entwined at the crown and infeasible to remove. I would like to fell the tree, remove the stump and restore the original garden steps, that have character.
