What Portfolio Monitor does

Portfolio Monitor is for anyone who owns, manages or advises on many sites, such as landlords, developers, estate managers and land agents. You upload your sites and we tell you about planning activity on and around each one, in one daily digest grouped by site. It solves the problem of checking hundreds of postcodes by hand.

What you get

• On-site alerts: flagged first when one of your sites sits inside an application's red-line boundary.
• Nearby activity: new applications within the radius you choose for each site, from 50m to 2km.
• Decisions and updates: status changes, decisions and appeals on applications near your sites.
• Bulk upload: a CSV of up to 5,000 sites per file, with a report before anything is saved.
• Coverage report: we tell you which sites are in councils we do not cover yet.
• Export: download every result as a CSV.
