On-site and nearby results

Understand your results, radius and daily digest.

On site or nearby

  • On site (red badge): your site sits inside the application's red-line boundary. The application is about your land, so look at these first.
  • Nearby: the application is within your chosen radius of your site, and the distance is shown.

Change the radius

  1. Open Portfolio Monitor and find the site in the list.
  2. Choose a radius: 50m, 100m, 250m, 500m, 1km or 2km.

Pause or remove a site

Use the Active switch to stop watching a site without deleting it. Use the bin icon to remove it and its results.

Filter and export

Select a site to see only its results, or filter by region and by on-site or nearby. Export matches downloads the results as a CSV.

Daily digest

You get one email a day, grouped by site. Switch it on or off using the Daily digest button on the page, or the unsubscribe link in the email. Results still appear on the page when the digest is off.
