Upload your sites and read the report

1. Open Portfolio Monitor and select Upload sites.
2. Choose your CSV file. See Prepare your CSV of sites.
3. Wait for the report. Nothing is saved yet.
4. Read the report: sites located exactly, sites placed approximately, any that failed, and any in councils we do not cover yet. Rows we couldn't use are listed by line number.
5. If it looks right, confirm to save. If not, choose Choose another file and fix your CSV.

You know it worked when you see how many sites were added or updated. Results start to appear after the next daily check.

Common questions

The file is too large. Split it into smaller files.

Some sites say 'not covered'. We cover most UK planning authorities. For a council we do not yet cover, we keep watching but expect gaps. Tell us at support@planningsignal.co.uk which council matters to you.
