Public launch of API v1 with record-based plans: a free demo (100 records, once), API Starter, API Pro and National.
Opaque ids for applications (pa_), conditions (pc_) and cursors (cur_).
Endpoints: applications (list and get), conditions (list and per application), authorities, usage, and portfolio sites and matches for Portfolio Monitor customers.
