Allow to provisionally rebuild brick plinth in a red stock brick to match existing and set in a lime based mortar (1:3 mix lime (NHL2.5) to sand mix with 60% sharp and 40% soft). This could incorporate a dpc at least two courses down from the head. 6. Allow to reassess the structure at this point in relation to the extent of repairs or replacement of the timber framing retaining all structure where possible for re-use. 7. Provisionally allow for replacing the soleplate in its entirety on the new provisional plinth and then re-set timber wall with replacement or repaired studs and eaves plate etc. but retaining the framing around the archway. 8. Undertaken any roof repairs, possible partners to a few rafters. 9. Allow to weatherboard externally and finish with a brushing tar. 10. Re-roof including Type 1F felt and re-used pantiles. 11. Re-instate gutters to match existing. 12. Make good any disturbed finishes within the building or the adjoining garden to match the existing.
