Notification of intent to fell No.02 trees and carry out Tree Surgery Works to a 3rd within a Conservation Area : 1. Removal of 2 tall fir trees in front of an old wall. Trunks are very close to the wall, roots must be under the wall and branches rest on top of the wall. Tree Surgeon advises that these trees are going to be a threat to the integrity of this old wall. 2. Reduce tree on our river Yeo bank. Reducing to ground level those branches on the back (north) side currently falling into the river. Reduce the branches on the front (South) side to 7ft where it was previously cut back.

Notification of intent to carry out tree surgery works to No.03 trees within a Conservation Area Group of 3 Willow trees arising from same root located in rear garden near to riverbank. This group of 3 trees grow from same root base but have developed into 3 distinct trunks. Each tree is approx 25m high approx 10m wide, all require reduction in height and width, request crown reduction by up to 30% to previous pollarded/last cut levels to approx 10m above ground, this is similar to previously LPA approved crown reduction at this property within last 7 years. Professional tree surgeon advised householder that planning application is required as this is a conservation area, and agrees that he will carry out the work once planning approval has been gained and is in place.
