T1- Polar Tree - reduction on a large poplar located in the back garden of their property in a Westerly direction. This is part of the trees ongoing maintenance, to reduce weight and make it safe/ensure it does not outgrow its position and was last completed January 2021. The client proposes a reduction off the top of 7m and 3m off the sides. The tree is currently 28m high and 9m wide and will be 21m high and 6m wide following the proposed works.

T1 - Holm Oak (Quercus), crown reduce the neighbouring side at no.50, back to approx. 1.0m beyond the front garden fence line. Additionally, clear the house side at no.48, reducing the branches back to previous points of reduction, allowing the guttering approx 1.0m of clearance. **T2, T3 and T4 Are situated in the neighbouring property at no.46 - we have uploaded the written consent from our client at no.48 from her neighbour at no.46.** T2 - Sycamore (Acer), on the lowest limb, remove the branch overhanging the building, back into the first 'V'. T3 - Ash (Fraxinus) situated in the garden of no.46, crown reduce the lateral branches overhanging the garden at no.48 by approx. 3.0m. These works are recommended in order to reduce the weight and ultimate risk of limb failure. T4 - Lime (Tilia), crown lift the 3 lowest limbs to elevate the tree.

T1 Strawberry Tree - Fell to ground level in sections and poison stump to prevent regrowth.
