Proposed double storey side extension with single storey rearward extensions and new extended front canopy roof, bay window and new widened permeable hardstanding including widened dropped kerb
It is a sycamore tree, under 6 years old with trunks under 7.5cm in diameter. I wish to completely remove it in order to save a nearby old magnolia. The old magnolia is less than 75cm away at the trunk and a gardener has advised me that the sycamore will kill the magnolia given enough time. Given the magnolia is old and decorative and in keeping with the area I would rather preserve that over the sycamore. I've also been advised that the proximity to the property (as seen in the sketch plan) means the sycamore poses a risk to the property foundations over time.Total removal is sought. HAR/CA34
