A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Rear garden, only just requiring a plan as it's small. T1. A small sized Acer to rear garden, the crown needs reducing to maintain it's crown shape and keep it healthy, the spread is quite wide so we will bring this in by approximately 0.5 of a metre right around, same with the height, remove lower growth sprouting out of the stem and then thin 10 percent and dead wood the crown, leaving it smaller, healthier, and less dense with an even crown shape. There are two mature beech trees at the bottom of my garden which are in the conservation area. They have grown very tall and one overhangs my neighbour?s garden. I would like to top the trees and allow my neighbour to reduce two branches which overhang her garden as she is worried they may break off and fall on her grandchildren. Prior Approval Application for the change of use of premises from Class E (Commercial, Business and service Use) to 8 no. Class C3 residential apartments.

We are applying for the complete removal of a single, large, multi-stemmed (3?4 main trunks) Leylandii conifer. The tree is no longer suitable for its location and has become a matter of structural damage to the garden wall and untidy dropping of dead brown debris to the public footpath and the neighbouring property. The tree's substantial root system is lifting and destroying the adjacent public footpath. The tree is suffering from branch dieback. The multiple trunks shed significant quantities of needle-like brown debris directly onto the public pavement and neighbouring properties. The lateral root expansion is actively destabilising and cracking the garden boundary wall. It is structurally impossible to repair or rebuild this wall without severing the tree's primary structural roots, which would critically compromise the tree's stability over the public highway. Because Leylandii trees do not regenerate from brown old wood, any attempt to hard-prune or cut back its width to a manageable boundary would result in a permanently dead, brown, and unsightly fa?ade, severely damaging the visual amenity of the area. To enhance the character of the conservation area, we propose completely removing the tree and replacing it by nurturing existing, and where necessary planting new, hornbeam hedging at approximately 2.5 meters high, to match all other external hornbeam hedge boundries between properties on Leegate Close. Seperate conifer hedge left hand side front and part side around driveway, this had been damaged in the past, we are lifting all the dead upto the green foliage to create a neat and straight line hedge. We are seeking permission to prune back to previous pruning points 4 x mature lime trees and 1 x mature Holly tree . The last permission received was Oct/Nov 2021 ref; PP -09642189v2 and there was a system code of DC/080278. When we bought the property 35 years ago, the Lime trees had been subjected to historic pollarding, so the canopies are now extensive, and require regular attention. The trees now impact upon the levels of natural light to the front and side of our property, which in turn impacts upon the growth of our front lawn and our mature planting. The side tree on Earl Road is now touching our property and the scale of the canopies and associated shade, light levels and physical barrier to the pavement and road is also a security risk via our reduced openness and light. One Lime tree and the Holly tree on Parsonage Road are blocking the bus stop sign outside the front of our house and also impact on the safety pf people waiting at the bus stop. The front Lime trees make contact with the bus as it stops and passes our house. The Lime tree on the corner of Parsonage/Earl Road is obstructing the 20 mph road sign from drivers, which is a safety issue. The canopies of all the trees overhanging this junction has the potential to interfere with pedestrians. HAR/CA15, TPO 19N.

T1 to 8. To the rear boundary of 7 Pinewood close we have a row of 8 self seeded trees, small to medium, up against the fence and causing problems pushing the fence over, completely blocking the light, making a mess of the garden with sap and bird droppings, Vince of number 7 Pinewood close has sought permission from 18 Mauldeth road to remove these trees. X4 Sycamore X4 Holly Mixture of shrubs. HAR/CA21, TPO 9N.

T1. Self seeded sycamore, small, struggling under other canopies up against fence and overhanging, remove to ground level. T2. Very large, mature Ash tree, one side is completely overhanging 4 pinewood close and it's far too big for being just metres from the property, we are to prune back overhanging branches, and reduce the height by 5 metres, dead wood and thin crown by 15 percent. T3. Dead Sycamore stem, covered in ivy to remove. These trees lie in tithe barn school lane, my customer lives at 4 pinewood close, he has permission to perform works to the trees and to submit this application. HAR/CA21.

T1 Poplar Reduce branches back to boundary overhanging property at Highfield SK4 3NL T1 is constantly shedding branches and clogging up gutters. HAR/CA21.

To the rear left of the rear garden we have. T1 medium conifer. T2. Medium Pine. T3 and 4. X2 small Holly trees, also a small Holly in next doors garden, but falls under the parameters. These trees are growing against the very large old stone wall, and it's now leaning that much, it could fall at any time, it's dangerous with children in the garden it's leaving over, also the roots are completely destroying the gardens behind on pine close. Full removal to ground of these trees. HAR/CA21.

T1. Small Pine tree to front of property, appears to be an old christmas tree planted by previous owners, I'm a very awkward spot, blocking light and damaging driveway, one side has been pruned to no regrowth, new owners want to remove this. HAR/CA15.
