T2 – Oak - Remove all deadwood, remove epicormic growth from the main stem, reduce the lowest branch extending towards the entrance gate by approximately 4m to a suitable growth point and carry out a light crown thin of approximately 10%. T3 – Oak - Remove all deadwood, remove epicormic growth from the main stem and carry out a light crown thin of approximately 10%. T4 – Oak - Remove all deadwood throughout the crown and remove epicormic growth from the main stem. T5 – Dead Holly - Fell to ground level and replace with one Silver Birch (Betula pendula). T6 – Oak - Fell to ground level.

Replacement of existing windows to rear façade

Demolish existing conservatory and replace with a single storey rear extension/orangery. Create a 1.2m wide decking, including steps and ramps to provide access down to all areas of the existing garden

T1 - Eucalyptus - Reduce crown height by aprox 6-7 metres to previous pruning points & redcuce remaining over extended laterals by 1-3 metres to retain balanced crown.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 7-2024-6517-K (Demolition of former guest house and the erection of a block of 9 flats with car parking) To amend the front elevation to install a curved bay window.

T1- Lawson Cypress - Fell to ground level. This tree is 70% dead and is located right next to a public footpath and road. Replace with a tree under the tree officers discretion. Preferably not another Cypress tree.

Variation of conditions 2,8,9 and 10 of planning permmision P/25/02311/HOU Alterations, ground floor extensions and formation of new second floor level with an art deco style remodel of the existing dwelling, first floor rear balcony, roof garden, formation of swimming pool, altered garage and new parking spaces off Sandbourne Road. To enable Amendments to be made to the approved plans to improve the design and functionality of the scheme by amending the boundary treatment with a new rendered boundary wall and front sliding gate onto Sandbourne Road
