Non-material amendment following approval of P/25/00170/FUL for Internal alterations to the layout of flats. Reduction in communal area stair wells. Repositioning of a 4th floor window in unit 33 on side elevation (south)

T1 - Red Oak - Thin epicormic growth by 20% and remove the major deadwood. T2 - English oak - Reduce and reshape by 2-3 metres all over.

Proposed terrace and balcony refurbishment works, together with replacement and repositioned glazed guarding.

T1 - Sweet Chestnut - Crown lift lower hanging branches over the footpath to the councils legal required height of 2.4m. T2 - Cedar - Fell to ground level T3 - Portuguese Laurel - Fell to ground level. T4 - Oak - Reduce section of branches growing towards the corner of the building by 2m to a suitable growing point as shown on photograph.

T1 - Cypress tree - Fell to ground level. T2 - Cedar - Has a large split limb yet is still alive, so we are applying to remove it back to source.

T1 - Maritime Pine leaning over at approximately 40 degrees with a very heavy crown. Recommend felling the tree before it uproots out of the ground. Would replace with another tree

2 x Pine - Fell

T1 - Monterey Pine - Fell. Replace with 1x Scots Pine

T2 Silver Birch. Reasons for works - Encroaching onto the front of the house and phone line. Proposed works - Reduce and remove secondary and tertiary branches to obtain a clearance of 2m from the house to the closest foliage. Clear the phone line to give a 0.5 m clearance around the phone lines. T6 Purple plum. Reasons for works - Over mature and heavily encroaching onto no. 8 and no. 10 Forest road. Proposed works - Fell to ground level. No scope for replanting between the buildings. Suggest replant with silver birch – 2m container grown on the rear boundary. T9 Robinia. Reasons for works - Tree is in heavy decline with central stem dead and partially removed in the past. Tree of low amenity value. Proposed works - Fell to ground level. Replant with 1 x mountain ash – 2m container grown. T13. Robinia. Reasons for works - Heavily suppressed tree, three quarters dead. Tree of low amenity value. Proposed works - Fell to ground level. No scope for replanting in this location as crowded with other trees above.

G5 - Yew - Fell

T1 – Scots pine, forming part of Group G7 on the TPO plan – Fell to ground level.

T1 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level.

T4 & T5 - Monterey pines - Fell

1 Holm oak. Reduce whole canopy by 3m. Raise canopy to 4m above ground level. 2 English oak. Reduce eastern lateral canopy by up to 2m and reduce lowest primary branch by 4m. 3 Tulip tree. Reduce canopy by approximately 2m. Raise canopy to 5m above ground level. 4 English oak. Raise canopy to 5m above ground level.

Extensions to marina and associated works including filling in of one slipway and erection of boat hoist.

T75 Silver Birch 8/1998. Requires removal of large branch from crown which has grown to physically touch the building, posing a risk of wind induced damage to the property, and affecting building insurance requirements.

Demolition of the dwelling and physical link to no. 5a Chaddesley Wood Road, make good the side elevation of no. 5a Chaddesley Wood Road with materials to match that dwelling and erection of a replacement dwelling with associated car parking (self build)

T1 - English Oak - Reduce and reshape the smaller twisting stem only by 2-3 metres. The tree has grown with an upright stem and a stem that twists around it. The shape of the tree is very poor and the reduction will bring the tree back into a better form and bring the canopy of the tree back away from the neighbouring property T2 - Scots pine - Remove dead and broken branches for safety. T3 - Holm Oak - Fell to ground level and replace - the tree is located on the fence line and very close to the neighbouring house. The tree has a very poor asymmetrical form towards the house it also has a large twist at the base of the tree which has produced reaction wood. Reaction wood is formed due to movement or stress in a particular part of a tree. The tree will always be an issue with the proximity to the house and will always need constant pruning. This still doesn't remove the issue of the twist in the stem at the base of the tree which could fail. The tree is not visible for a public vantage point and the fore low on amenity.

T1 - Maritime Pine - Fell to ground level and replace - The tree has a very large twisted and fractured limb, the other limb around it are also dead or very close to being dead, a large amount of tree leaning out over the road. With the fracture and deadwood removed it will leave the tree as a risk to the road. T2 - Maritime pine - Fell to ground level as the tree has died. T3 - Acacia - remove the broken limb - The tree has a limb which has failed into the lower fork of the tree. removal of the break will maintain safety in the garden. T4 - English Oak - Reduce and reshape by 1-2 metres all over - The tree has very poor formation at the base and a possible internal fracture. The reduction of the tree will still retain the tree within the landscape but also improve the safety of the garden by reduceing the sail area of the tree and therefor the stresses on the issues at the base of the tree.
