A non-material amendment to planning permission 2024/0679 (dated: 24/06/2024) and as varied by planning permission 2025/0795 (dated: 04/07/2025) and 2026/0378 (21/04/2026) (Demolition of existing building and erection of a four-storey building to provide 1 x 3-bedroom and 2 x 2-bedroom flats, with side balconies at first floor and third floor, and rear roof terrace and external plant equipment at second floor level, with associated cycle and refuse storage including use of the ground floor as a restaurant (Class E(b)), to allow minor alterations to party wall positions; ground floor lowered to create level shopfront entrance, ground floor level at rear raised internally; minor alterations to internal layouts of flats; amendments to flat 2 roof and solar PV added on roof.
