T2 - 1x Silver birch (Betula pendula) - Sectionally dismantle, fell, and remove to ground level, employing appropriate lowering and rigging techniques to safely control the descent of each section in accordance with industry best practice. T3 - Copper beech (Fagus sylvatica purpurea) - Reduce the radial crown spread on the eastern aspect of the canopy that is growing towards the property only by removing approximately 2.50 metres from branch tips, leaving a final radial spread of 7.0 metres at all compass points. In addition, Silver Birch is a relatively short-lived, fast-growing species that is prone to progressive decline with age. Removal of T2 will: Significantly improve light levels into the property and garden area. Reduce the risk of future damage to the property from root activity and crown growth. Remove the need for repeated cyclical pruning works in close proximity to the dwelling. The client has confirmed they are happy to replant with a more suitable replacement species in an appropriate location, thereby maintaining long-term tree cover and local amenity value while achieving a more sustainable relationship between tree and property.
