40 Dower Road Torquay TQ1 4JH
Proposal
T1 a Holm Oak dismantle and fell. We are looking to remove the tree due to recent primary branch failure, the remaining stem is unbalanced with a significant lean over our garden area, the tree has a mixed species broadleaf woodland behind which will reduce the impact of its loss. While its a mature tree we do not believe it will be a significant landscape feature, no replanting is proposed to the adjacent woodland.
