Proposal

5 day notice We have a protected tree in our garden which has fallen down through the night last night, into our garden and our neighbours gardens either side. The trunk is on our land in the woodland area behind the garden. We obviously need to remove the fallen branches as they are unsafe. Ideally we would like to remove the whole tree as half has already come down, chances are the other half will fall down. We have young children and we need the use of our garden, which we cannot use if we have a large tree potentially falling apart on it at anytime! We need to remove the unsafe branches and parts of the tree ASAP as it is currently unsafe.
