We applied for consent to carry out works to the tree two years ago - we would like to re-apply for a full 2-3 meter reduction all over, to reduce the size of the tree, as it is getting too big for the location of the tree - it is situated in the communal area of Fernley Court, and overhangs the rear of our property by 1/2 - 3/4; it is also standing about another, 'half our house height' taller than our house. The tree is standing approx min 19m high and spread is min 12m - afer works are carried out the finished height will be approx 16m - and spread approx 9m
