T4, Chestnut Tree. Crown lift by up to 2-3m of the entire tree and crown reduce of branches overhanging 14 Cricketers Green by up to 2-3m. This tree, adjacent to our property, is overhanging 3/4 of our garden. We live at 14 Cricketers Green, the tree is in the property adjacent to ours, Fernley Court, managed by Blenheims property management Southwest. We have contacted the management company to try and make arrangements to get the tree cut back, however they have not been very responsive, and are very reluctant to work with us. They have advised that they need to seek approval from their client', i have emailed them a few times, including calling them numerous times, since we brought the property in October, however we have made no progress with this. Our house is a 3 storey house, and the tree currently stands taller than it, the branches of the tree currently hang over 3/4 of our garden, and are extremely low that we can touch them. It isn't safe for our young children to play out there due to the size of the tree/ branches and fear of them hurting themselves. Th tree is starting to blossom again, and when this does, there will be no light into the garden, and i will not be able to put washing out due to the mass of the tree. We can see that the tree had a crown lift 4/5 years ago, and believe that this needs to be done again.
