B & C - x2 Oaks (W1 on TPO) - located in woodland area to north of G1: Both trees are suppressed with crowns overhanging footpath and shading nearby gardens, Fell both to just above ground level. D - Willow located in G6 (not TPO): Coppice to 2ft above ground level to improve visability into parking area. T398 & T382 (W1 on TPO) - Located along northern boundary with footpath: on top of works stated in Duty of Care report, reduce lower over extended laterals to north overhanging neighbouring properties garden by 2.5/3m to help improve light levels into gardens. 400 (W1 on TPO) - Beech - raise low branches over path and highway to statutory height. 399 (W1 on TPO) - Hawthorn - remove moderate deadwood and significant broken branches over the path to reduce likelihood of failure. Raise low branches over footpath to statutory clearance. 397 - (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - monitor growth at point of previous topping. Raise low branches to statutory height over footpath. 396 (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - monitor identified over extended branches. 395 (W1 on TPO) - Larch - remove major deadwood to reduce likelihood of failure. 394 (W1 on TPO) - Oak - remove moderate deadwood within strike distance of car park and footpath to reduce likelihood of failure. Raise low branches over car park to approximately 3.5m. Remove identified limb to source to reduce likelihood of further damage to neighbouring tree. 393 (W1 on TPO) - Holly - raise low branches over the footpaths to statutory height. 392 (W1 on TPO) - Ash - monitor the condition of the tree for signs of Ash die back (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus). It is recommended that this should be carried out yearly so the tree can be removed if the disease is present, which will reduce the likelihood of failure and subsequent higher removal costs if observed in later stages. 391 (W1 on TPO) - Scots Pine - no works necessary at present. 390 (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - no works necessary at present. 389 (W1 on TPO) - Beech - monitor identified fusion and contact points for any signs of instability or new wounding. 388 (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - raise low branches over the footpath to facilitate statutory clearance. 387 (W1 on TPO) - Oak - no works necessary at present. 386 (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - no works necessary at present. 385 (W1 on TPO) - Scots Pine - no works necessary at present. 384 (W1 on TPO) - Douglas Fir - raise low branches over the footpath to statutory clearance or consider removal of the Oak trees due to no long-term future potential in current location. G1 (G5 on TPO) - no works necessary at present. 383 (G5 o TPO) - Oak - remove moderate deadwood over the path and any considered to be within strike distance of the path. Raise low branches to facilitate footpath clearance. 382 (W1 on TPO) - remove major deadwood over field to reduce likelihood of failure. Monitor area of bark delamination. Raise low branches over the public footpath to maintain statutory clearance. G2 (W1 on TPO) - Sycamore, 2 x Oak, 3 x Douglas Fir, 4 x Scots Pine, and 1 x Larch, 1 x dead Scots Pine - raise low branches to maintain statutory clearance over the footpath. Fell dead Scots Pine within group to reduce likelihood of failure. Consider chipping into area and leaving timber on site to provide an ecological habitat due to the nature of the area. This will also reduce the cost of potential works. 381 (W1 on TPO) - Scots Pine - Whilst thought to be stable at present, the extent of this wounding will in time become a structural weak point, and removal of the tree should be a consideration in budget management. If removal option is taken, consider leaving chip and timber within the wooded area to aid ecological diversity and reduce management costs. G3 (W1 on TPO) - Sycamore, Scots Pine, Larch, Holly and Hawthorn - Raise low branches over the footpath to maintain statutory clearance. Selectively remove more significant squirrel damage of the Sycamore trees to reduce likelihood of failure onto footpath. 380 (W1 on TPO) - no works necessary at present. G4 (G3 on TPO) - 4 x Oaks - no works necessary at present. 379 (not TPO) - Remove major deadwood over the footpath to reduce likelihood of failure. Raise low branches over the field to maintain clearance. 378 (not TPO) - Cherry - raise low branches over the communal area to maintain clearance. G5 (G5 on TPO) - Oak - raise low branches over lawned area to facilitate pedestrian clearance. G6 (not TPO) - Purple Plm, Hawthorn - cut back path side branches to maintain clearance.
