Vary the wording of the following conditions so that they refer to the phasing plan: Condition 4 (Archaeological Fieldwork), Condition 5 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), Condition 6 (Planting Scheme), Condition 7 (Landscape and Ecological Management Plan), Condition 8 (Construction Traffic Management Plan), Condition 9 (Tree Protection Plan and Arboricultural Method Statement), and Condition 11 (Haulage Route Pre construction Dilapidation Survey). A new condition (24), is proposed to secure implementation of the development in accordance with the phasing plan.
