The above tree has a moderate lean toward the property and has been subject to a historic failure of the main stem at approx 40m above ground level, this has left a significant wound at point of failure and therefore an entry point for disease. Vitality of the remaining tree is starting to wain with an obvious yellowing of needles and dieback of primary limbs. In the interest of safety we would like to fell and replant with the same species.
