Propose to remove. 3 - Four Leylandii forming part of a small copse of Oak, Scots Pine and Silver Birch have become overgrown and are damaging other trees through light starvation and encroachment. Propose to remove in order to allow existing trees and selective new planting of ornamental shrubs to flourish.
