One yew tree at the entrance to the property which has tried to grow underneath more mature trees. The yew is leaning has a dead top and soon will grow in to the sycamore and cause possible damage. Fell to ground level.

Dead Walnut (Tree 1) - Remove to ground level. Dead Silver Birch (Tree 2) - Remove to ground level. 2 Sycamore stems/suckers growing out of the wall by the road. Remove to ground level, they are underneath/next to the Birch.

T1- X1 Oak Tree. To carry out a crown reduction on the entire tree canopy of between 2-3 metres. The tree is in clear decline, sparse canopy, lacking vitality, lots of deadwood and branch dieback. The root system on around 40% of the tree looks to have been covered with historic amounts of soil when the property was constructed.

Subdivision of existing dwelling to create two separate dwellings

One pine at the entrance to Churton Lodge shown circled in red in the photo. This is a very overmature tree with three huge bottom limbs. Their used to be another pine behind this one which blew down as a result it lack and limbs on this side to help balance the tree. My fear is these limbs will either rip off due to their size and result in the loss of tree or cause it to fall down like its sister tree. I would like to just remove these three limbs to try and prevent this.

Mature Sycamore. Crown lift to approximately 4 metres above ground level. Reduce the crown by approximately 2 metres in height and radial spread, pruning back to suitable growth points and retaining a natural, balanced crown. Remove dead, damaged and crossing branches. Cedar Tree (T1) - Reduce the overall crown by selectively shortening the outermost branches back to suitable secondary growth points, retaining the trees natural form and a balanced canopy. Particular attention will be given to reducing the extended and heavily weighted growth towards the telephone pole. Crown lift the lower canopy by removing or shortening selected lower branches to provide improved clearance over the driveway and beneath the tree. The works are intended to rebalance the crown, improve clearance from the driveway and telephone pole, reduce the overall spread and density of the canopy, and maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location. The tree is currently in good overall health.

Oak tree (T1) - 2.5-3 m reduction on over extended specific limbs and to reduce the rest of the canopy to match in with the new pruning point on the over extended limbs. This will include a height reduction of 1.5m. The majority of the works will be taken on branches and limbs that are on 3 Wood Croft, the tree does overhang onto 6 Hickmore Heys but a overall reduction on their side is not necessary due to their side already being in line with the proposed new canopy formation due to having maintenance on that side previously.

Single storey side/rear extension

Mature Walnut Tree (T1) - Selectively reduce the end weight of long, extended and heavily weighted lateral branches throughout the lower one-third to two-thirds of the crown, on all sides of the tree where necessary. Branches will be shortened by approximately 1-2 metres, with all pruning cuts made back to suitable secondary growth points. Limbs that are not excessively extended or heavily weighted will be retained. The tree appears to be in good overall health; however, two boughs have failed on separate occasions. Several remaining lower limbs are long and leggy, with considerable weight concentrated towards their outer ends. The client is concerned about the possibility of further branch failure. The proposed work is intended to reduce leverage and end weight on the affected lower limbs while retaining the trees natural form, height and healthy upper canopy. A full crown reduction is not considered necessary, as the concern relates specifically to the extended and heavily weighted lower portions of the crown.
