Sign in with an email link

For accounts without a password: the ones made when you start with free alerts. If your account has a password (or you sign in with Google), sign in that way: we don't send sign-in links to those accounts.

1. Go to Sign in and select No password? Email me a sign-in link.
2. Enter your email address and select Email me a sign-in link.
3. Open the email and select Sign in to Planning Signal.
4. On the page that opens, check the address shown and select Sign in.

You know it worked when you land on your dashboard, signed in.

Good to know

• Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
• For your security, the page always says the same thing whether or not an account exists, so check you typed the address you signed up with.
• You can ask for a new link once a minute.
• Want a password instead? Open your Profile and select Email me a link to set a password. Once it's set, you sign in with the password and sign-in links stop.

No email? Check spam and promotions, and that you used the address you signed up with. If your account has a password, no link is sent: sign in with the password, or reset it. Still nothing? Email support@planningsignal.co.uk.
