Connect Microsoft Teams

1. In Teams, go to the channel, select ... (More options) and choose Workflows.
2. Pick the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, name it and confirm the team and channel.
3. Copy the URL Teams shows at the end.
4. In Planning Signal, open Integrations, choose Add connection, select the Teams tab and paste the URL.
5. Tick the events you want and connect, then select Send test.

If the test does not arrive

• Check the workflow is switched on in Teams and that you used the template named above.
• Check the Deliveries panel for the error message.
• Your organisation may restrict workflows. Ask your Teams administrator.
