Connect a webhook

A webhook sends one JSON request per event to a web address you control. It suits CRMs, automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n, and your own software.

How to set one up

1. Set up an HTTPS address that accepts a JSON POST request.
2. In Integrations, choose Add connection, select the Webhook tab and paste the address.
3. Tick the events you want and connect.
4. Copy your signing secret straight away. It is shown once.
5. Reply to each request with any 2xx response within 10 seconds. Failed requests are retried for about 15 hours.
6. Select Send test to check it.

You can replace the secret at any time with New secret. Update your own code at once, because the old secret stops working.
