The facility will provide 6 lanes of air rifle shooting and the same for archery, along with a covered single story open timber shelter for year round use. The shelter will be 12m x 5m segregated to provide 2 lanes of shooting. The total area of grass to remove and replace with limestone chippings is 12m x 5m (shelter), with a further 5m x 6m for the air rifle shooting and 12 x 1.5m of pedestrian access track (total = 108m2). The archery will simply shoot aver the existing grass so no impact to the existing site.
