Reason: The trees form a continuous hedge in effect with growth/limbs protruding and cutting across each other. Currently elements frequently break off and fall, as many trees are very brittle.

T1 Sycamore - Remove and replant further to the east with an Upright Hornbeam - 'Frans Fontaine' Sycamore has become to dominant for the small front garden, giving darker shade and litter, has required regular maintenance to contain it's growth in the past. Replacement tree will be less maintenance and more fitting in the small garden.
