Proposed construction of a vertical slot fish pass cut into the side of the river bank, incorporating a sub-surface viewing gallery accessed by a hinged waterproof door on the upper surface, erection of hand rails at the viewing gallery end of the fish pass, erection of bespoke security fencing to enclose the site; installation of telemetry and metering kiosks, associated hard and soft landscaping, and; associated construction of a separate temporary construction compound and haul track with access for construction traffic via 'Kingfisher' bridleway (WR-936), Bromwich Road.
