Condition 2 - Material Samples Material schedule of the facing/roofing/window material provided Condition 5 - Tree Protection Arboriculturist Method Statement included Condition 6 - Site Waste Management Contractors Site Waste Management Plan included Condition 8 - Construction Method Statement Construction Phase plans and also traffic management plan provided Condition 10 - Drainage Condition 10 relates to the developments sustainable drainage system to be carried out in accordance with the sustainable drainage strategy (22/11/18 rev P01/Project No 1424/ Shape Consulting Engineers. Further to the planning application consultation the tree officer requested further information on the root protection areas of the retained trees on site, due to this condition the drainage strategy plan need to be revised to try mitigate any concern on impact these RPA. As a result the drainage proposal still remains at the same discharge rate but the path of this has been moved over closer to the building to remove any risk or concerns of affecting existing roots. As such this revised plan will be included for this condition and a further application for the discharge of condition will be submitted prior to occupation.
