Amendments to planning permission dated 15th Septmeber 2025 (RN:25/00867/FULL) for Erection of a single storey rear extension, and part single / part double storey side extension and associated refurbishment works including rear dormer windows, landscaping works, and works to the front and rear facades. Namely, the movement of the proposed rear extension away from the existing garden wall, a series of internal alterations including new dividing walls and some room configurations are proposed, the proposed side and rear windows, and dormer window, are proposed to be provided as metal windows in timber surround, the size of one of the proposed rooflights to the single storey-side extension is to be reduced in response to proposed internal adjustments, the small front elevation window is to be revised from a round window to a square window and proposed that the celestory windows to the side extension are extended below brickwork at first floor level.
