Variation of condition 1 and conditions 18(A), (E), (F), and (G) of planning permission dated 5th August 2022 (RN:22/03815/FULL) for the Change of use of the former St Johns Wood Police Station to residential (C3) including provision of a rear extension and single storey courtyard buildings, with associated works. Namely, revised acoustic enclosure of larger dimensions to those approved with associated re-configuration at roof level, including removal of rooflight and limited reduction in the size of green roof, revisions to the detailed design of the main police station building, including replacement of the existing obscured timber sash windows with new on a like-for-like basis with obscured glazing and painted white to match existing and removal of the existing painted render to the corner of the police station building and reinstatement of the original facing brickwork, revisions to the detailed design of the new-build extension including incorporation of painted tongue-and-groove timber cladding beneath the ground-floor windows, incorporation of a painted tongue-and-groove section next to the roof terrace door at first-floor level, replacement of existing facing brickwork façade section with painted tongue-and-groove timber cladding, addition of a weather louvre to the façade at first-floor level, revision of entrance to Unit I to remove the portico and revision of Window W.017 to provide a turn-and-tilt window, as opposed to a fixed window.
