Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 21 December 2017 (RN: 17/07916) which itself was a Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 February 2016 (RN: 15/08211/FULL) for the 'Development of existing vacant sorting office and associated hardstanding on site. Erection of 10 storey building comprising 49 residential units and ancillary floorspace (Class C3), provision of 54 car parking spaces, waste management areas, cycle parking and CHP facility within basement, public realm works and access to car lifts from Lodge Road; namely, to alter the number of units (to reduce the number of units from 49 to 48 units) and alter the layout of the proposed units; NAMELY to reconfigure ground floor layout, ground floor elevation amendments, change to facing brick and mortar at podium level, removal of detailing to balconies and windows, reduction in extent of wrap around windows (part replaced by aluminium panels), changes to façade detailing and design of aluminium balconies, increase in height of lower parapet by 30cm and new rainwater attenuation tank on roof, increase in height of upper highest parapet by 25mm, increase in depth of projecting entrance canopy and revised flank wall treatment.
