Variation of Condition 1 (plan numbers condition) of planning permission dated 8 January 2014 (RN: 13/02041/FULL) for the erection of rear extensions at second and third floor levels with associated terraces, further terrace at roof level and alterations to front and rear elevations, including new shopfront, windows and doors, installation of plant within basement, first floor lightwell, second floor rear terrace and third floor rear terrace, all in association with the continued use of the basement and ground floors as retail (Class A1) and the change of use of the upper floors to use as four new residential units (Class C3) namely, retain existing shopfront; remove consented back of house facilities located at rear ground floor level and retain existing facilities in basement; relocate position of retail platform lift; retain existing door at second floor level connecting consented kitchen and living room, retain third floor staircase; raised floor to be replaced to facilitate underfloor heating; removal of modern ceiling void on second floor; localised ceiling voids to accommodate mechanical services; and alterations to master bathroom of 2 bed unit at second floor level.
