I have previously applied for pre advice to build a new dwelling in the grounds of Stonebridge of which you should have all details on file .I was seeking a follow up appointment to discuss your advice but somehow booked the wrong appointment that was then cancelled and it has taken some time to come back to you again .When I read your detailed report I realised that if I create a new entrance across the tennis court to where the proposed new dwelling will be I then comply with regulationDM27 : The developments within a closely knit cluster 10 or more dwellings adjacent to or fronting existing highway(Sharp Road) I refer back to your letter Stonebridge Ref.PREAP./24/093
