Oak (T1) and (T2) - Crown reduction of up to 1 metre to address structural imbalance and reduce the risk of further branch failure, while maintaining the natural form and primary structural framework with an approximate final crown spread of approximately 6-7 metres. Reduction cuts will be made at suitable lateral growth points. All pruning wounds will not exceed 50mm in diameter. The site is primarily urban and industrial, surrounded by a vehicle yard and a building complex. The area is notably busy, with many people engaged in work. Elm (T3) - Fell, dead specimen poses now an elevated risk.
