The trees all overhang heavily into the adjacent garden areas of 5, 7 & 9 Valley View Close. The proposed works are to reduce excessive shading into all properties & garden areas. The younger smaller holm oak stems are touching & damaging the boundary fence, removal is to stop further damage occurring. The proposed works will not impact on the overall amenity value of the area.
