Tree #1 MONTREA CYPRUS (Early Mature) Request to fell and remove whole tree - Due to excessive shading of the garden and constant dropping of needles. We will also be submitting planning permission to extend the kitchen. This will move the house 5 meters towards the tree. Property has already been underpinned due to type of soil shrinkage and don't want the proximity of the tree to impact this. Tree is also suffering from verticillium wilt. Request to remove the tree and happy to replant in another position within the garden with a more suitable species Tree #2 HOLM TREE Request to fell and remove whole tree - Unsure if we require permission to cut this down, but would like some advice. Would like to widen our driveway and support gaining more light into the garden, encourage other species to grow (Acer) Intention to submit plan showing position of trees and photographs.
