Rear Garden Area of 1 Fletcher Close - Tree located on the higher side of Rainbow Drive, Rowcroft Hospice; x1 Mature Holm Oak - Prune back all branch growth overhanging garden boundary to parent stems or suitable growth points to achieve the desire vertical clearance above the decked garden area. Reduce x2 lower secondary branches (southern aspect) by removing approximately x2.50 metres from branch tips. x1 Mature Sycamore - Prune back x2 lateral branch growing towards garden boundary by removing approximately x2.0 metres from branch tips. All pruning cuts to be made at suitable growth points. Remove all cut material from site & return to a Devon Tree Services depot for recycling, leaving the area safe, clean & tidy. TPO Justification; The tree is owned by the Rowcroft Estate & overhangs the rear garden area of 1, Fletcher Close. Rowcroft have no objections to the proposed works. The proposed works are to reduce shading & increase light levels into the garden area & property. To achieve an adequate clearance between the garden boundary & the overhanging tree. The proposed works are to the garden side of the tree only & therefore will not affect the overall visual amenity value of this tree.
