T1 Holme Oak- fell- the address has a very small court yard garden with a small cliff face to the rear. This small Holme oak growing out of the cliff s shading the whole garden. There is no amenity value to these trees as it can only be seen by a small group of terraced houses (approx 6 houses) unlike the trees situated on the tops of the cliff which I believe is the reason for the blanket tpo. I actually believe this has grown up after the tpo was put on.
