TT0090 Holm Oak - Reduce in height by approximately 4m to suitable pollard points leaving the tree at a height of 7m from ground level. Reduce the canopy edge on the North and East side of the tree by approximately 3m to suitable pollard points. This will reduce the overhang over the property below and wind loading on the branch unions and cavity through the primary stem. This action will help retain and manage re growth on 7-year cyclical prune in the future. No cuts will be greater than 150mm in diameter. Remove epicormic growth on the primary stems up to a height. This work is recommended from the recent tree report DTS22.5302.1.QTRA. T0089 Holm Oak - Reduce in height by approximately 2m to suitable growth points, no cuts will be greater than 40mm in diameter. Reduce the canopy edge on the North, East and South side of the canopy by approximately 2m to suitable growth points. This action is to reduce the overhang over the properties below as the tree is heavily biased at these compass points. T0088 Lucombe Oak - Reduce in height by approximately 3m to suitable growth points. Reduce Canopy edges on the North, East and South side of the tree by approximately 2-3m no cuts will be greater than 50mm.
