The trees in question are on the edge of a Conservation area on the edge of Rowcroft land, Rowcroft Estates have informed me that any trees between the top of the bank and my house belong to me, any beyond the bank belong to them. The two small trees and one large tree, are all leaning over my house, over the windy weekend W/E 28/11/2021, small broken branches landed on my roof several times during that weekend. I'm applying for consent to cut down trees that are on my side of the boundary, I have informed Rowcroft estates of my proposal. There is no specific TPO on them, only on the conservation area. The larger tree leaning at 30% is further down the bank closer to my house, the two smaller trees are on top of the bank leaning at almost 45 degrees to my house.
