Main drive T1 - Box elder - remove deadwood of 35mm and above in diameter. T2 - Large sycamore - remove deadwood over drive and neighbours property of 35mm in diameter and above. T3 - Smoke bush x 2 - dismantle to near ground level. These have outgrown their position. H1 - Mixed boundary hedge (mixed laurels, bay, pittosporum and photinia) - starting from the bay by the summer house, reduce in height to level of the summer house gutter, all the way to the front of the house and trim side profile. Works required to form a hedge of a more manageable height. Rear garden Rear boundary - T4 - Holly tree (supressed under liquidambar) - dismantle to near ground level. The tree is failing to thrive and of low amenity value due to it's position under the liquidanbar. G6 - Golden cypress, leylandii, dying laurel and adjacent laurel to the right of the pond - fell to near ground level. These trees have outgrown their position and are blocking light to the pond. T5 - Bay tree - reduce in height to 60cms above the garage gutter height. Reduce in height the adjacent G7 - berberis and laurels by up to 2 metres to match the bay tree. Works required to bring them to a more manageable height and bring into a good cycle of management for the customer to maintain.
