T1: Lime- Repollard the tree in line with routine maintenance of a pollard tree and prune back to previous knuckle points.The reasons behind this are that the tree overshadows the house considerably and I am concerned it may cause damage if left to grow uncontrolled as previous trees in the close have done. I also feel that if the tree is reduced in size there will be far more light in the property and the rear garden becomes more useable.
