Rebuilding of a dilapidated lean-to shed on the north side of a Grade II listed building. Existing building, which houses boiler, is falling down. Because of a need to upgrade the plumbing in the house, the shed is now required to house a new water heater which will be a more energy efficient condenser heater. The shed therefore needs to be enlarged by up to 1 meter in each direction. It is proposed to use similar materials as the existing shed - wooden boards and corregated metal roof. To provide better insulation the inside would be lined with either brick or concrete blocks.
